Uninstallation & Troubleshooting Instructions for OpenCart 3.x

Before you begin We recommend you do a full backup of your OpenCart files and database, just in case.

Uninstallation Instructions

  1. Login to your OpenCart admin panel. Once you do that, go to Extensions > Modules.

  2. Once in Extensions > Modules find SEO Backpack and click the [Uninstall] button.

  3. Now you can delete all other files of the module.

Temporary disable the extension

  1. Go to Extensions > Modifications and find 'SEO Backpack by iSenseLabs' modification.

  2. Disable the modification by pressing the [Disable] button on the right.

  3. Go to Extensions > Modifications and click on the [Refresh] button.

  4. Navigate to System > Settings. After that, press the [Edit] button on your corresponding store, navigate to the Server menu, and set the Use SEO URLs option to No.

  5. Save the settings.

When you are ready to enable the extension again, do the following:

  1. Go to Extensions > Modifications and find 'SEO Backpack by iSenseLabs' modification.

  2. Enable the modification by pressing the [Enable] button on the right.

  3. Go to Extensions > Modifications and click on the [Refresh] button.

  4. Navigate to System > Settings. After that, press the [Edit] button on your corresponding store, navigate to the Server menu, and set the Use SEO URLs option to Yes.

  5. Save the settings.
