Installation

Extensions Installer

WarningIf your OpenCart is not a fresh installation, files and database backup is highly recommended.

These installation instructions assume that you have either a fresh or a customized installation of whichever version of OpenCart 4.

Step 1

Unzip the downloaded ZIP file into a new folder.

Step 2

Login to your OpenCart admin panel and go to Extensions > Extension Installer. Click on the Upload button (top right, blue button).

Step 3

Find relatedproductspro.ocmod.zip from the folder you created in Step 1. OpenCart will begin the installation upload and once it's done you will see the module on the Installed Extensions section. Find RelatedProductsPro and click Install button (green button)

Step 4

Go to Extensions > Extensions > Modules > RelatedProductsPro and click the Install button.

Step 5

RelatedProductsPro is now installed. You can access it from Extensions > Modules > RelatedProductsPro.

Step 6

If you are using the RelatedProductsPro module on a live server, make sure to insert your license key in the Extensions > Modules > RelatedProductsPro > Support.

NoteUsing the module on a staging/development server does not require license activation. The license is needed to grant you access to Premium iSenseLabs Support and the Latest Downloads of RelatedProductsPro.

Manual Installation

OpenCart 4 does not support manual installation

Upgrade Instructions

Step 1

Unzip the downloaded ZIP file into a new folder.

Step 2

Login to your OpenCart admin panel and go to Extensions > Extension Installer.

Step 3

On the Installed Extensions section, find the module and click Uninstall button (orange button), then click the Delete button (red button).

NoteUninstall the module on this section will not remove the module data at Extensions > Extensions > Modules.

Step 4

Click on the Upload button (top right, blue button).

Step 5

Find relatedproductspro.ocmod.zip from the folder you created in Step 1. OpenCart will begin the installation upload and once it's done you will see the module on the Installed Extensions section. Find RelatedProductsPro and click Install button (green button)

Step 6

Go to Extensions > Extensions > Modules > RelatedProductsPro and click the Edit button.

Step 7

Save the module to reflect latest changes.
