Installation
Extensions Installer
WarningIf your OpenCart is not a fresh installation, files and database backup is highly recommended.
These installation instructions assume that you have either a fresh or a customized installation of whichever version of OpenCart 4.
Step 1
Login to your OpenCart admin panel. Go to Extensions > Extension Installer.
Step 2
Click on the Upload button (top right, blue button).
Step 3
Find preorder.ocmod.zip from the downloaded module package on your computer and load it.
Step 4
OpenCart will begin the installation upload and once it's done you will see the module on the "Installed Extensions" section.
Step 5
On the "Installed Extensions" section, find the module and click Install button (green button).
Step 6
Go to Extensions > Extensions > Type: Modules, find PreOrder and click the Install button.
Step 7
At Extensions > Type: Modules > PreOrder, click the Edit button.
Step 8
The PreOrder control panel is displayed. Now PreOrder is installed. Congratulations!
NoteUsing the module on a staging/development server does not require license activation. The license is needed to grant you access to Premium iSenseLabs Support and the Latest Downloads of PreOrder.
Manual Installation
OpenCart 4 does not support manual installation
Upgrade Instructions
Step 1
Login to your OpenCart admin panel. Go to Extensions > Extension Installer.
Step 2
On the "Installed Extensions" section, find the module and click Uninstall button (orange button), then click the Delete button (red button). Note: Depend on your OpenCart 4.x versions, you might need to uninstall the module at Extensions > Extensions > Type: Module (Module data removed).
Step 3
Click on the Upload button (top right, blue button).
Step 4
Find preorder.ocmod.zip from the downloaded module package on your computer and load it.
Step 5
OpenCart will begin the installation upload and once it's done you will see the module on the "Installed Extensions" section.
Step 6
On the "Installed Extensions" section, find the module and click Install button (green button).
Step 7
Go to Extensions > Extensions > Type: Modules, find PreOrder and click the Edit button.
Step 8
Resave the module to reflect latest changes. Now PreOrder is updated. Congratulations!
